mediocre stay , issues with food service
unpolite staff bathroom issue
the room provided adjustable temperature , which was helpful.
the bar staff were not polite , i hope the manager can train the young staff properly. the pool could be cleaner and the pool toilet , bathroom should be fixed too. it was disappointing.

The room was clean, I found this excellent. a heated towel rail was a great touch in the shower room. The breakfast offered great choice. Everything seemed fresh.

smooth check-in wide selection friendly staff quick response
Check-in was smooth and they requested a £50 retainer. The bar looked inviting. The beds felt comfortable and breakfast offered a wide buffet selection. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. They quickly responded to our messages, storing our items.
The pool's cleanliness could improve, and the pool toilet needs repair.

impolite bar staff needed repair
the breakfast was acceptable with a good selection.
The bar staff was impolite, especially since i expected better service. i noticed the pool area needed better cleaning, and the pool toilet and bathroom required repairs. It was disappointing to see those areas not properly maintained.

electric charging good amenities convenient setup
The location worked well for my travel needs. Electric car charging points are available, and they seemed functional. The hotel also provides convenient setup and ease of use. My room size was good, and the bathroom had nice amenities like shower gel and shampoo.
The pool area felt cold. The hot tub was out of service . It would be great if the pool facilities were fully functional.
